New Building Fund

The VNA Senior Living Community (assisted living facility) will provide housing for low to moderate income seniors living in the Somerville area and surrounding communities.

The residents of VNA Senior Living Community will receive a special combination of personalized care, supportive services and activity programs that will benefit the residents' mental and physical well-being.

This new VNA facility is designed as a 99 unit complex complete with a dining room, library, recreation room, and beauty salon. VNA Senior Living Community will also have onsite nursing care; however, the facility is not designed as a "nursing home."

VNA Senior Living Community will replicate the success of the VNA's Assisted Living Community, and will serve as an extraordinary community asset for the City of Somerville.
